We use the industry-standard Goldmine Grading System to evaluate all our media. Each record is visually inspected under high-intensity light, and many are play-tested to ensure accurate descriptions of the vinyl and sleeve condition.

What shipping methods do you use for fragile items?

All records are shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers. We remove the inner sleeve from the outer jacket during transit to prevent seam splits, and we use bubble wrap for added protection.

What is your return policy for pre-owned media?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If a record does not meet the grading description provided, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our support team to initiate a return label.
